The Embassy of Algeria is pleased to announce that, pursuant to an agreement signed between the Government of Algeria and the Government of the United States of America and entering into force on November 1, 2009, the maximum validity for visas granted to Algerian citizens coming to the United States as temporary visitors, academic students, international organization travelers, exchange visitors, and non-academic students in the B, C, F, G, J and M categories will increase to 24 months, multiples entries, with the proviso that the validity period of F, J, and M visas does not exceed the length of the course of study.
